2020 - What a year!

 

We would like to also share the steps we have put into place to help us all get through this difficult time.

As most of our travellers are older Australians and due to the fact that many of our tours travel to remote and isolated regions of Australia, we have made an extremely hard decision to suspend and/or postpone all tours until SPRING.

This decision was not made lightly, however both Lizzie and I strongly believe we have both a social and moral obligation to our beautiful travel companions, your families and the broader community - particularly those most vulnerable - to do everything within our power to help ensure the spread and impact of Corona Virus is kept to a minimum.

Financially this is an extremely tough blow, this coupled directly to the loss of business as a result of the recent bushfires, however with strong support from family, friends and amazing help from our local business banker we have structured things to ensure we WILL be here for the long haul and come out the other side bigger, stronger, and better.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

 

Due to the changing COVID situation we are offering a full refund for any tour cancelled due to government or health advisory restrictions that leave us unable to operate the tour.

 

If you decide not to travel with us due to COVID, but the tour is still operating, refunds will be subject to our usual cancellation policy.  We always recommend all passengers take out travel insurance at the time of booking in case of unexpected illness or accident.

Corona Virus

Lizzie and I strongly urge everyone to please take care and adhere to the warnings, restrictions and advice given by authorities and health professionals, this way we can all come out the other side unscathed.
